GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

The customer agrees to read these general conditions provided by the Boteh Srl before proceeding to confirm his order.

PURCHASE

​

The contract of sale is considered concluded with the sending by il Boteh Srl to the customer of an email confirming the order.

​

PRICES AND TRANSPORTATION

​

All sales prices of the products shown on www.ilbotehonline.com are in Euros and include VAT and shipping costs for all countries within the European Union. For all countries outside the European Union, Boteh Srl reserves the right to add shipping costs and customs charges to the displayed price.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

It is possible to read the instructions prescribed by law for the conditions and consequences of the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal: The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and the designated customer, acquires physical possession of the goods. The customer may also electronically complete and submit the standard withdrawal form or any other explicit statement on our website[www.carpetsuniverse.com]. Should he/she choose said option,The customer will be sent an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay. 

 To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Effect of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from this contract, he/she will be refunded all payments that he/she has made to il Boteh Srl, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a different type of delivery), without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which he/she informed il Boteh Srl of his/her decision to withdraw from this contract. Said refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, he/she shall not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund. Refunds may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he or she has returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You are requested to send the goods back or deliver them to - the Boteh Srl, Corso Europa 424, 16132 Genoa Italy - , without undue delay and in any case within 30 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the customer returns the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. 30 DAYS WITH RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has 30 legal days with right of withdrawal that are counted from the first day from the date of delivery. Boteh Srl offers free return shipping for all domestic orders to make sure customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. More details under “Returns.”

GOODS RETURNS

​

When returning a rug first, the customer must contact Boteh Srl to receive information regarding return shipping. It is the customer's responsibility that the rug arrives in the same condition in which they received it. If the return is accepted, the amount is repaid in the same manner as the payment was made. If the return is not accepted, the goods will be returned and the freight will be charged.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD/STRIPE

Any payment on the website by the customer may be made only by credit cards accepted by Stripe or through a Stripe account.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

​

It is possible to pay by bank transfer directly to the bank account of the Boteh Srl. Once the order is placed you must pay the total amount within 3 days. The customer must always quote the order number in the reason for the transfer. Once the payment has been received, the Boteh will ship.

VAT EXEMPTION FOR COMPANIES

VAT exemption is reserved only and exclusively for companies that have a VAT number and are based outside Italy but within the European Union.

 

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

Together with the purchase, the customer will receive the certificate of guarantee of authenticity and origin of the carpet.

​

MODE OF DELIVERY

​

The goods will be delivered in the Italian territory from 3 to 5 working days from the time of shipment, which will be notified to the buyer by email, where the code for tracking the shipment will also be available. The transport company employed is BRT S.p.A. BRT S.p.A's Conditions of Carriage.

COMPLAINTS

​

Our customer service is available for any complaints (e.g. damaged goods, delivery errors etc..). Any error must be reported within the terms of right of withdrawal.
